1/2 cup plain lowfat or nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 cup grated english cucumber
3 Tbsp dill
1 tsp grated or granulated garlic
1/4 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate to allow the flavors to blend together thoroughly.
This is so yummy as a sauce for salmon! Thanks for the suggestion, Simmie! It's also awesome as a veggie dip.
