  2. Have to be honnest, tried it and it was horrible. I did not place my shells on a parchment paper, just put them on a cookie sheet as directed in the recipe. The shells did not burn, but the bottoms stuck to the pan! It was so bad that even after two days of soaking and scrubbing with an SOS, I was not able to remove the leftovers! I had to throw out the pan. Taking the water out of the cauliflower was difficult because it was very hot! I had to wait about 30 minutes to be able to handle the vegetable. Also, it stank! I had to put my tea towel outside after I had removed the water from the cauliflower.

This was my experience, if you have a positive one, or any tricks I might try, I would try it again. :)

  3. I think the parchment paper really is needed; I had the same first experience as you did for much the same reason. When I did it again using parchment paper, it made it a lot easier. What I did to get the moisture out was I put a kitchen towel underneath a collander and squished the cauliflower through the collander and caught it. The water seemed to go through further that way.

De-moisturizing cauliflower does take some playing around with in order to get it right.

    1. I saw a recipe on Pinterest called Cauliflower Wraps. It looks like the same recipe discussed in previous replies.
