Egg Dip (C3)

Recipe Author: Vaishali Makwana



2 eggs
1 avocado
1 - 6oz. Greek yogurt
2 TBs spicy mustard
1 whole red bell pepper

Chop eggs and avocado.

Mix with yogurt and mustard.

Cut up red bell pepper and use as you would have used chips to dip in.

So filling!
