Sweet Orange Balsamic Salad Dressing (C3)

2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup squeezed orange with some zest
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon agave, optional, or a bit of Stevia for added sweetness

Combine the above and refrigerate to chill before using.
