1 lb lean ground turkey
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp basil
½ cup sodium-free chicken broth
Combine turkey and dry spices in large bowl and mix together thoroughly. Add chicken broth, mixing well and let stand 15-20 minutes.
Form into 8 patties about ¾ inch thick
Cook patties in non stick skillet over med heat 7-8 min on each side until done thoroughly.
For a different flavor, try:
For Hot and Zesty – Add 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp cayenne pepper, & 3 tbsp tomato paste
For C3 Italian – Add ½ tsp marjoram, ½ tsp coriander, and ½ tsp rosemary

If you make these with the different flavors (hot and zesty/Italian) do you REPLACE all spices with the ones listed to the right of hot and zesty and Italian or ADD them to what the above recipe states? Also do you still use the chicken broth in both of them? Thanks :)
