What about nuts?
So many of us really enjoy our nuts -- almonds, walnuts, peanuts; for me, it's brazil nuts!
In the book, nuts are listed as an acceptable replacement for our Friendly Fats in C3. 2 Tbsp replaces 1 Friendly Fat.
If you do use the nuts regularly for this and find your loss has stalled or slowed down, try not using them every day. Nuts can be constipating and that can cause a stall, slower loss or even a gain.
