1 Apple
Olive Oil
1/2 cup water
Apple Pie spice
1/4 cup dry oatmeal
Cut up the apple, a little bit of oil, water, apple pie spices (as little or as much as you like), oatmeal and mix together in a small baking dish.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
While your oatmeal is baking, put 6 oz of yogurt in the freezer while cooking and top with yogurt when it comes out.
So sweet, and yummy, and filling!
