Pre-heat oven to 400 (F)
1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinammon
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
Sugar substitute equivalent to 1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 container of light vanilla yogurt to wet ingredients, or you can use plain nonfat greek yogurt and mix in vanilla extract.
Beat together and add to dry ingredients
Mash 3 large ripe bananas and fold into batter.
Spray loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
