Makes 8 servings
6 cups double-strength brewed coffee
2 cups lowfat half and half
Artificial sweetener equivalent to 1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Blend coffee, half and half, sugar replacement and vanilla in a 3-4 quart crockpot. Add cinnamon, cover, and cook on high 3 hours.
Serve in tall coffee mugs.
