Blue Cheese Dip (C3)


3/4 cup lowfat mayonnaise
3/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
6 ounces lowfat blue cheese
1 scallion, white and green parts, finely chopped
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

With a rubber spatula, mash the mayonnaise, sour cream, and cheese together in a bowl.  Stir in the remainder of the ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate to blend the flavors for at least 2 hours (up to 2 days).

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve chilled.
