Cream Cheese Pancakes (C1)

Makes 6 pancakes; 1 serving is 3 pancakes (or half the recipe) on the 17 Day Diet.

This is a great recipe!  It puts together quick, all you need is your Ninja or Magic Bullet and you're done.

To make it even better, a very small number of ingredients: cream cheese, eggs, sweetener, and cinnamon.

Make sure you use fat free cream cheese in Cycles 1 and 2 for this recipe.

  1. I have died & gone to heaven!! Just made these & they are WONDERFUL!!! Could we add a small amount of sugar-free syrup? If not, a bit of sugar-free jam would be great too.

  2. I know! The first time I made them I felt like I'd died!!! So good, right? And yes, sugar free syrup is fine. What I did one time is I mashed up some sugar free jam and added it to the batter -- you could also add a bit of sugar free cocoa powder for chocolate pancakes!!!

  3. Wonder how this would turn out if you added shredded apple to the batter?

  4. Honestly, I'm not sure, but I'd guess it would be good! These are more of a crepe than a fluffy pancake, so adding the shredded apple may give more substance to the finished product!!!!

  5. Is this recipe along with sugar free syrup okay to use on C1?

  6. It sure is! The syrup would be in moderation.

  7. Ok all I can say is thank you SO much for posting this recipe!!! I'm on C1 one week in and before the 17DD, I lived on breads, and breakfast was my favorite. Eggs are good, but I was craving some "comfort food"- this tastes like french toast! LOVED it!!! :)

  9. Another recipe you might enjoy is the one for pancakes using cauliflower -- some of my friends really enjoy that one!
