Apricot Glazed Chicken (C1)

Spray a non-stick pan with Pam or drizzle of EVOO and saute your chicken breast or tender. Then measure out a tablesppon of fat-free/sugar-free Apricot jam or preserves and melt in pan with chicken. 

This is good over some veggies too.
