1/2 cup yogurt (I did vanilla because that's what I had)
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp sugar free chocolate pudding powder
1c crushed ice (may need more depending I think I added more)
1/2 scoop vanilla whey powder (again didn't have chocolate whey so I used vanilla)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
The consistency, the flavor, everything was great....to me it tastes like a devils food cake shake!
