1 tbs chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp course salt
I doubled everything to have enough; it made about 6-7 tbsp and I used 1 tbsp per pound of meat. It was amazingly good.
