2 lbs ground turkey
1 medium onion chopped
2-3 green bell peppers -- 2 diced, 1 sliced in strips
2 15 oz diced tomatos
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup soy sauce
16 oz shredded cabbage or broccoli slaw
Brown meat with onions and peppers.
While meat is cooking, cook brown rice or in another pan sautee cabbage slaw w/1-2 Tbsp oil until tender.
Rinse and drain beef mixture.
Remove "sliced peppers."
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Place in baking dish and top with the sliced peppers as garnishments
Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
* Use ground beef instead of ground turkey
* Use 3 cups brown rice instead of the cabbage or broccoli slaw
