Brownies (C3)

Recipe Author: Becky Yokeley Love


1 cup whole wheat flour
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
3 tbsp. unsweetened baking cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup Stevia (or Splenda)
4 egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Calories: 70
Fat: 0.9 grams
Fiber: 1.9 grams
Protein:6 grams
Carbs/Starch: 8.8 grams (1/2 of a Natural Starch on 17DD)
Sugar: 0.2 grams
