This is good for those days when you want a bunch of protein fast and don't feel like protein powder!
100 g extra lean ground beef (or chicken/turkey for C1)
1/4 cup dry curds
1-2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
ground coriander
crushed chilis
salt
pepper
Mix all ingredients--took some squishing, because I decided to go without a binding agent, but you could add an egg white--form three sliders, fry either in cooking spray or friendly oil.
I like the fact that the curds go just a little soft and stringy (in other words, they display cheese-type behavior <g>) if you heat them with fat. Also, the sweet potato chips go really well with it <vbg>. (Sweet potato chips would be C2, not C1....Simmie)
