1 kg extra lean ground beef
100 g chopped onion
2 Tbsp sf apricot jam
2 Tbsp low carb, low sugar ketchup
1 Tbsp horseradish mustard
4 Tbsp ground flaxseed
2/3 cup reduced fat mozzarella
1/3 cup grated parmesan
1 tsp aniseed
1 Tbsp ground coriander
1/4 Tbsp cumin
salt
Mix together and form small patties. I use 1 heaping tablespoon of the meat mass (you should end up with about 38 to 40).
Pan fry (I used olive oil cooking spray) at medium heat for app. 10 minutes.
At 38 sliders, one will clock in at 60 kcal.
Simmie Note:
To make this C1 compliant, just switch out the ground beef for ground turkey.
