Taco Salad (C3)

Make a quick and easy taco salad yourself!

Combine the following except for the chicken:
Grilled chicken
Romaine lettuce
Red Bell Peppers (diced)
Celery (diced)
Carrots (diced)
2 strawberries sliced
About 6 red grapes
Handful of sesame seeds
2 Tbs. of ground flax seed

For the taco chips (this would make this C2), use a multi-grain chip. Keep an eye out on the sodium and fat content when choosing your chip.

For the dressing:
Fat free/no sugar added Mayo
2 Tbsp salsa

Mix it up put chicken on top and that was it!
