  2. You're welcome!!!! If it disappears off the first page (which it will at some point), click on SMOOTHIES on the left -- it'll be under that.

  3. How is this C1 friendly? I thought we couldn't have milk on C1, or chocolate?

  4. Milk or chocolate and wasn't sure on the whey protein powder. Only on Day 3 so want to make sure I'm on plan.

  5. On milk -- the milk called for is unsweetened almond milk which isn't like dairy milk -- it's called milk .... well, I'm not sure why, but it's made from almonds and is allowed in ALL cycles. This was a modification by Dr. Mike in one of his videos.

The *sugar-free* chocolate syrup is fine in moderation (most take that to mean 1-2 Tbsp only).

  7. I use the Body Fortress brand available at WalMart. The best of their protein powders is called Whey Isolate; if you can't find that, then their Whey Protein powder is the next best thing (the Whey Isolate is around $22 for 2 lbs; the Whey Protein powder is around $15 for 2 lbs.).

Whatever you do, do not get the Jillian Michaels protein powder -- too many ingredients that are not compliant plus too much sugar.
