Carrot Salad (C3)

Recipe Author: Vikki Horrisberger Stutzman

6 cups shredded carrots
1 cup fat free greek yogurt
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
3-4 pkts stevia (or to taste)
1 apple, chopped for C1
1 cup unsweetened pineapple (C3)

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate, then enjoy!!!
