Buffalo Chicken Dip (C1)

Serves: 10

2 cups diced Chicken
1/8 cup fat-free Ranch (powder) [Low sodium; if not low sodium, then this is C3]
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp fat-free or low-fat cream cheese
1/2 to 3/4 cup Hot Sauce
2 cup Spinach, chopped
Sprinkles of fat-free Cheddar Cheese

In a saucepan, combine the ingredients adding the cream cheese at the very end.  Then transfer to a baking dish and top with fat free cheddar cheese and bake about 15-20 minutes.

Eat with celery or any other of your favorite dipping vegetables!
