Steam:
shredded cabbage
geen peppers
mushroonms
onions

Then saute in PAM and add:
Mrs. Dash
1/2 tsp lite soy sauce
1/2 tsp mustard

When near ready, use a little bit of eggbeaters (white) and serve and enjoy!
