Creamy Curried Chicken (C3)

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" cubes 
1/2/ tsp. garlic powder
1 T. flour* (could be deleted ) 
1/4 tsp. pepper 
1 T. olive oil. 
3/4 C. Fat Free chicken broth
1 Large onion-chopped 
1/2 C. plain nonfat or greek yogurt
1 T. curry powder ( more or less to taste)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon * (could be deleted)
1/4 C. toasted slivered almonds, finely chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt (more or less to taste) 
1. T. chopped fresh cilantro

Coat the chicken with flour and set aside. Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet. 

Add the onion and cook until soft. 

Stir in curry powder, salt , cinnamon, garlic powder and pepper and cook for 1 minute. 

Add the chicken and cook with the chicken broth. 

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened. 

Remove from heat. Gently stir in yogurt until well blended and smooth. Sprinkle with almonds and cilantro. 

Serves 4.
