2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup salsa
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2Tbsp. light soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger root
1/8 tsp. black pepper
chopped cilantro and scallions
In medium bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Pour this mixture over chicken.
Put chicken in a pan sprayed with Pam and cook on low until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
