Cauliflower Puffs (C3)

2 cups riced cauliflower
3-4 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp molly mcbutter butter sprinkles
1/3 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
3-4 Tbsp liquid egg whites
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375.

Combine all ingredients until well mixed.

Spray mini bite pan with olive oil spray and spoon mixture into the tins evenly and pack into muffin tin.

Bake for 18-25 minutes or until starting to golden brown/crisp.

Sooooooo good almost like a cheddar biscuit from red lobster

You can easily add diced onion, garlic powder or any other seasonings you like!

Fat: 3.5 grams
Fiber: 0.5 grams
Protein: 7 grams
Carbs: 3.5 grams (none of which counts to any of your Natural Starches!!)
Sugar: 1 gram

The totals above may vary depending on the brand of your cheddar cheese and also if you use 4 Tbsp of either the almond milk or egg whites (the counts above were made using 3 Tbsp of both).
