Cube some chicken breast and marinate in the following mixture for a few hours:
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp soy sauce (reduced sodium)
1 Tbsp reduced sugar ketchup
1 Tbsp sugar free orange marmalade jelly
1/2 tsp Truvia or sweetener of your choice
Cook the pepper in 1 Tbsp of olive oil for about 5 to 10 minutes, then add the chicken to it and cook until done.
