Oreo Cookie Poppers (C3)

2 scoops chocolate whey powder
2 scoops vanilla whey powder
Sugar substitute equivalent to 1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar free chocolate pudding

Spray mini muffin pan and bake @ 350 for 9 minutes .

Makes 48 mini poppers in bite size mini muffin pan

The frosting adds about 4 calories per popper (in general) -- the entire frosting recipe is only 250 calories, 2 grams of fat, 37 grams of protein, 13.5 grams of carbs and 12.5 grams of sugar -- and you're probably using 2 Tbsp out of the entire recipe.

I doubt I used 2 tbsp of icing on these as I used a very small decorating tip so with 2 tbsp icing they still come in at about 13 calories per bite

Calories: 15 calories (with frosting: 19 calories)
Fat: 2.3 grams
Fiber: 0.6 grams
Protein: 31.1 grams
Carbs/Starch: 7.1 grams
Sugar: 1 gram

  1. how may of these can I eat and what requirement do they fulfill?

  2. They don't fulfill any requirement -- they are egg whites, almond milk and protein powder basically. They are for snacks -- you don't want to rack up a lot of calories on these; I'd limit myself to 5 or so when the need arose.
